I consider myself a bit of an oyster connoisseur. I’ve had a lot of oyster knives throughout the years, but this is by far the best schuckin knife I’ve ever held. The craftsmanship is absolutely outstanding. I’ve only shucked a half bushel with her so far but I can already tell this will be my oyster knife for life. If I could give this 10 stars I would. Extremely impressed. 100% gunna have to order another woody knife before deer season. Well done 👍

This is the best oyster knife I've ever used. Sturdy and feels great in the hand.

I finally ordered one. It is a good looking knife with a fairly wide handle that butts into your palm nicely. It took a little getting used to as I use a long thin blade when shucking oysters. I live on the Eastern Shore of Virginia where oysters are abundant. It is a pleasure to use this. It took a little getting used to. Now it is my go to. I use probably 150 oysters a month.
