Gus—Augustus—is the fourth generation in a line of bladesmithsbeginning with his great-grandfather, Augustus Bridwell.

Raised in the Woody shop, he grew up around the steel, the work,and the standards that have defined a Woody Knife since 1888.

These knives carry that same foundation forward—built by hand, one at a time—but with Gus’s own touches starting to show through.You’ll recognize the quality. But there’s something new here, too.
