I was fortunate enough to purchase an Upland Game Knife! I have used it to prep / prepare two chickens and 4 Cornish Hens. It is simply the perfect knife for the job. My neighbor buys one knife a year from Woody. I will be doing the same! I love it so much in five days, I have made it my everyday carry knife. I am going trout fishing tomorrow and can’t wait to use it right on the side of the river! I will never purchase any other knife than one from Woody for the rest of my life! Woody has a rare talent, artistic touch, and nothing but top quality materials! The game knife is simply a blessing!

When I received the Upland Game Knife I thought the knife would be to small for the job of cleaning, or breasting, game birds. I had two Canada Geese to breast, so I put the knife to the test. Boy was I wrong. I can't remember how many geese, and ducks I've breasted in my lifetime, but the Woody Upland Knife handled the job better than any knife I've used before.

This is a high quality hand built piece I feel lucky to own. Very light and maneuverable, this blade is perfect from dove to turkey. Has held its edge beautifully. This is my first Woody knife but definitely not my last!
