We are proud to introduce the EPOCH Chief Chef and Chopper. Both feature a blade of N690 stainless steel forged in a sturdy 1/16" (.0070") gauge thickness and a resilient 59 Rockwell hardness. N690 blade steel consistently meets a superior standard for overall serviceability, edge retention, slick food release and low maintenance. The Chief Chef measures 12" overall and the Chopper comes in at 11". Both knives will feel amazingly lightweight and well balanced in the hand. Woody designed this kitchen duo with full attention to detail, form and function.
