This is the second or third knife I have bought from Woody and honestly they are the best knives on the market. I have been collecting knives for 50 years, seriously, as I started when I was 8 years old. These blades hold an edge better than any of the so-called competitors. My wife loves these as well, and it's all she will use when cutting meat or preparing to cook. The best part is supporting an American craftsman - a genuine small business! Guys like Woody are what built America and are sadly a rare breed anymore. .
